Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The manuscript must be written in English and prepared using the journal’s LaTeX template.
- The manuscript must not have been published previously and must not be under consideration by another journal or conference.
- Excluding references, the overall similarity index must be below 40%, with no more than 5% similarity from any single source.
- Upload the manuscript in PDF format, selecting Manuscript as the file type.
- Upload the LaTeX source in .tex or .zip format, selecting TeX Source (.tex or .zip) as the file type. If figures, bibliography files, or other supporting files are needed to compile the manuscript, include them with the LaTeX source in a single ZIP archive.
- Upload the Copyright Transfer Form signed by the corresponding author, selecting Copyright Form as the file type.
- Enter all authors in the Contributors section, in the same order as they appear in the manuscript. The corresponding author must check that these details are accurate and complete.
- Suggest at least three potential reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript in the Reviewer Suggestions section. Provide each reviewer’s full name, institution, position/title, and institutional email address. Suggested reviewers must not work at the same institution as any of the authors and must have no conflicts of interest with them.
Survey
The purpose of survey articles is to provide the researchers with detailed information on current problems and future research problems by providing collective information on a research topic.
Copyright Notice
Authors must submit a completed Copyright Transfer Form, signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all co-authors. By signing, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have read and agreed to the terms of the form and have authorized the corresponding author to sign on their behalf. Separate signatures from the other authors are not required.
Copyright in the article is transferred to the International Journal of Maps in Mathematics only if and when the article is accepted for publication.
- The transfer grants the journal the exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, and sell the article in print, electronic, or other formats, subject to the rights retained by the authors under the agreement.
- Authors retain the rights specified in the form, including use for non-commercial educational purposes, inclusion in a dissertation or thesis, and republication in a collection of their own works, with appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication.
- Authors may self-archive an author-created version under the conditions stated in the form. Archived versions must acknowledge and link to the final publication once available. Existing versions on non-commercial preprint servers may remain available.
- By signing, the corresponding author confirms that the work is original, does not infringe the rights of others, and that all necessary permissions for third-party material have been obtained.
- After the signed form has been submitted, changes to the authorship or the order of authors will not be accepted.
